about the firm

Vacheh Arthur Marganian

Managing Attorney

Founder & Managing Attorney
Mass Tort & Complex Personal Injury Litigation

Vacheh Arthur Marganian founded VAM Law with a clear objective: to build a litigation practice capable of handling mass tort and complex personal injury matters with the rigor, discipline, and medical insight these cases demand.

Before forming VAM Law, Mr. Marganian gained valuable experience working on insurance defense matters, where he developed a deep understanding of how insurers and corporate defendants evaluate risk, control exposure, and deploy resources to minimize claim value. That experience provided firsthand insight into the structural disadvantages faced by injured individuals and plaintiff-side counsel in high-stakes litigation.

Motivated to address those imbalances, Mr. Marganian established VAM Law as a firm designed to level the playing field through preparation, causation analysis, and trial readiness—not volume-driven practices or superficial case development.

A defining feature of Mr. Marganian’s approach is the integration of medical analysis directly into litigation strategy. Under his leadership, VAM Law developed an in-house medical consulting framework that allows injuries, causation theories, and long-term health consequences to be evaluated early and continuously throughout the life of a case. This medical–legal collaboration strengthens evidentiary foundations, anticipates defenses, and supports disciplined case valuation.

Mr. Marganian places significant emphasis on case selection, strategic development, and accountability-driven advocacy. His practice reflects a belief that meaningful results—whether through resolution or trial—are achieved through preparation, precision, and a willingness to pursue cases on their merits.

As Managing Attorney, Mr. Marganian oversees litigation strategy, case development, and coordination with experts, co-counsel, and strategic partners. His work is guided by a commitment to representing clients with seriousness and integrity, while advancing claims that can withstand rigorous scrutiny and deliver just outcomes.

Her work focuses on evaluating medical documentation, identifying injury patterns, and assisting attorneys in understanding the clinical aspects of complex claims. She contributes to early-stage case assessment, helping determine whether the medical evidence supports claimed injuries and alleged causation.

In collaboration with counsel, Kathy assists with organizing and interpreting medical records, highlighting relevant findings, and preparing case materials for expert review.
